I need to know how to restore my Outlook settings, e-mail accounts, and shortcuts. I have full back-ups of the compouter files on CDs, so I can find any of the configuration files, but since my operating system crashed, I am not able to use the file/settings transfer wizard. My problem started after moving to a new computer using the file and settings transfer wizard. I upgraded to Office 2003 at the same time and it would lock up in Outlook After installing and updating to ALL of the patches/updates, I do the file and transfer settings wizard again. Guess what.... same problem!
